We speak for public utilities throughout the state and endeavor to be a leader when it comes to forming public policy.
Since 2007, the Utilities, Telecommunications & Energy Coalition of West Virginia (UTEC) has represented the state’s regulated public utilities and interstate pipelines on matters of common interest. Together, UTEC members provide more than 1.5 million West Virginians with safe and reliable electric, natural gas, solid waste, telecommunications and water utility services to customers in all 55 counties.
