UTEC companies and organizations employ more than 26,000 hard-working West Virginians. The annual payroll tops $1.33 billion, while average annual wages exceed $50,000.

UTEC member companies have invested tens of billions of dollars in facilities and operations throughout the state, and this investment continues today with the construction of new pipelines, broadband and environmental improvement projects in various stages of development.
